This Anime Odyssey Simulator Tier List ranks every unit in the game from best to worst based on raw base stats before upgrades so you know the best options to pick for your team build!
It’s worth noting that this tier list doesn’t take into account shiny units. Shiny units often enjoy a DMG boost versus their normal counterpart so tend to perform better in combat. That said, the chance of getting a shiny is incredibly low so to keep this tier list ranking available to the player majority I’ve chosen to skip out on the shinies!

S-Tier
The best of the best! The goats! These units are highly regarded as the best in the game being overpowered, versatile and quick!
- Boak – Solo City
- Hegang – Solo City
- Andre – Solo City
- Song – Solo City
A-Tier
Great alternatives to those in S-Tier if you’re struggling to pull them. These units are strong and efficient, just not the absolute best options.
- Hiroto – Mixed World
- Umara – Mixed World
- Itodori – Cursed Academy
- Negumi – Cursed Academy
- Moda – Cursed Academy
- Goje – Cursed Academy
- Weng – Solo City
- Moe – Solo City
B-Tier
These units are average in their capabilities. They won’t disappoint you, but they’re far from being the best!
- Leo – Piece Town
- Sasune – Leaf Region
- Zaruto – Leaf Region
- Goora – Leaf Region
- Rurio – Mixed World
- Mukia – Mixed World
- Shun – Mixed World
- Himiko – Mixed World
- Naome – Cursed Academy
- Marki – Cursed Academy
C-Tier
These units are weak but not the worst. They’re beginner-friendly as you build up a team, but overall I’d recommend a higher-tier unit asap!
- Zora – Piece Town
- Robyin – Piece Town
- Sanji – Piece Town
- Lee – Leaf Region
- Sakuna – Leaf Region
- Kokoshi – Leaf Region
D-Tier
I would not recommend these units! They’re slow to defeat enemies and weak so they won’t generate much loot for you.
