The latest Bizzy Bees update requires you to obtain Pollinated Crops, which you can then exchange for Honey. Once you have Honey, you can purchase the limited-time event exclusive items from the Event Shop.

What Are The Best Crops To Make Honey?

Although any crop with the Pollinated Mutation is good, some are better than others. You need to hand over at least 10kg worth of fruits to the Honey Combpressor that have this mutation.

As that’s quite a high amount, you’ll want to focus on large crops, which tend to weigh more. Therefore, some of the best crops to hand over in exchange for Honey are:

  • Coconut
  • Cactus
  • Dragon Fruit
  • Mango
  • Grape
  • Beanstalk

These crops tend to naturally weigh more compared to smaller crops such as carrots, strawberries, and blueberries. If you were to only hand those over, reaching the 10kg requirement may take a while, meaning it takes longer for you to get Honey.

At the moment, we don’t know if the rarity of the fruits makes a difference. But, as rarer crops tend to naturally be bigger, it’s best to stick to that.

How To Get Pollinated Crops

If you didn’t know how to get Pollinated Crops, I’ll quickly go over it here. You can either wait for the Bee Swarm Event, which happens every 60 minutes. During this, a Bee will fly into your garden and pollinate a random crop.

The different Bee Pets, including the regular Bee, Honey Bee, Petal Bee, and Queen Bee, all have abilities that will give your fruit the Pollinated Mutation.
