Depending on where you are in gameplay will determine what the Best Team In Titan Regiment is and why. It also makes a difference if you have upgraded or ascended characters. It sounds confusing, but fear not! I’ll go through who the meta teams are in early, mid, and late stages of gameplay, as well as give some team-building tips.
Titan Regiment is available to play on the App Store. To find out how good each character is, check out my Titan Regiment Tier List that ranks everyone from best to worst. I also have a Titan Regiment Reroll Guide that explains how to reroll and the best characters to summon.
Best Team In Titan Regiment
As I mentioned, depending on where you are in gameplay can make a difference to your team. Use the bullet points below to jump to a specific heading based on where you are.
Early Game
If you’re in the early game and a beginner, you likely won’t have many rerolls yet. Therefore, your team is likely to be filled with lower rarity characters. Here are the best characters available for newbies to help you get started.
- Pieck
- You can get her on day two of logging in, and she is one of the best characters available.
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Yelena
- SR Rarity (4-stars) or SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- She’s one of the best support units!
- Isabel
- SR Rarity (4-stars) or SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- Rico
- SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- Ilse
- R Rarity (3-stars)
- Mina
- SR Rarity (3-stars)
Mid Game
Now, onto the mid-game! At this point, you’ll start facing tougher titans, so you need a stronger team to help defeat them. Although you can upgrade characters, you should still aim for SSR units, as they are the best of the best. You should also have saved up more summons.
- Pieck
- Obtained via day 2 login
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Toraute
- SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- Niccolo
- SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- Yelena
- SR Rarity (4-stars) or SSR Rarity (5-stars)
- Annie
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Hange
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
Another great option for both early and mid-game is Onyankopon, who is an SSR+ rarity.
Late Game
Last but not least, the late game. These characters are the meta, and you should work on ascending them and levelling them up as high as you can.
- Pieck
- Obtained via day 2 login
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Ymir
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Hange
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Mikasa
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Annie
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
- Lara
- SSR+ Rarity (5-stars)
Personally, I don’t focus much on having a support unit in the late-stages. However, Yelena is still a meta option, especially when upgraded. She’s a must-have in my team!
Team Building Tips
Struggling to progress? I’ve included some top tips below!
- Upgrade
- Make sure you level up and upgrade your characters, especially if you can’t get past a stage.
- If you’re like me, sometimes you run out of materials to level them up. To get more, you can complete missions, collect login bonuses, and play Tactical Duel events. You can also get idle rewards, so make sure you collect them.
- Ascend
- Although this can be tricky, as you need four characters from the same Regiment, and the characters’ shard, ascending them makes an individual unit a lot stronger.
- Abilities
- Each character has abilities when placed in battle. Check these out and make sure they work well with the others.
- It’s good to have a mix of units ranging from attackers to support. Have a mix of everyone to ensure you have a versatile and well-balanced team.
Frequently Asked Questions
That’s okay! Everyone has their own gameplay preferences, as well as character preferences. You can use my suggestions as inspiration or help if you’re stuck, but having high-rarity units is a must.
Level up your characters to boost the overall team rating. If you don’t have the right materials to progress, complete tasks and other battles in different game modes to earn rewards.
