How to Get Characters
Like most mobile gacha games, you get characters by summoning them and rerolling. There are different banners you can pull from, but as a beginner, I suggest the Standard Banner.
If there is a character you specifically want, they may appear in a limited-time banner. These give a character a higher drop rate, increasing your chances of getting them. From any banner, make sure you aim for higher-rarity units, like SSR, as these are the best.
Building a Team
Building a team is one of the most important things you’ll do in Bleach Soul Resonance. When choosing one, you need a mix of different characters. For example, you wouldn’t want all attack units, as that isn’t balanced. Instead, it’s best to have someone who focuses on attack, then a support, and then someone who’s all about defence.

For a beginner, Yasutora Sado is the best character who focuses on attacking, as he deals high damage using strike attacks. Orihime Inoue makes for the perfect support unit, as she has damage boosts. For your damage unit, I recommend Uryu Ishida, as he also has additional strike attacks.
Upgrading Characters
To make your characters stronger, you can upgrade them. Luckily, the game will automatically suggest skill upgrades when you select a character. It also provides suggested lineups and weapons to help if you aren’t sure.
Characters come with weapons and armor, which you can also upgrade. This contributes to your overall build, so make sure you upgrade any equipment a character has to help improve their performance in battle and make them stronger.
How to Level Up
There are plenty of ways to level up, with the best being to simply play through the game and complete story mode.
Another great way is by completing missions, especially the daily missions. Alongside progressing, you will also earn rewards once you complete these. It’s a win-win situation! There are also events you can play through the earn rewards and help you level up quickly.
Rewards and Codes
Similar to most games, you can redeem codes to get in-game rewards and freebies. The process is easy:
- Click on your in-game profile at the top of your screen.
- Press the events button at the top of your screen.
- Then, select the option that says ‘Treasure Exchange’ from the drop-down menu.
- Now, insert a working code in the space provided.
- Hit enter to get your rewards.
