BadFly Interactive, the developer behind the Dead Effect series, has released a playable demo of its latest FPS, Tauceti: Unknown Origin, on the App Store.
The game, which is powered by the Unreal Engine, looks set to be one of the most impressive-looking mobile experiences yet, especially if this brief glimpse is anything to go by.
The demo itself only last a few minutes, giving you a taste of the very first chunk of the game. There’s also some benchmarking software included, so you can see whether your iOS device is powerful enough to run it.

Looks pretty darn good, right? The demo itself isn’t the most exciting – challenging you to wander around a plush jungle while shooting some terrifying alien monsters. But as tasters go, it’s definitely enough to whet the appetite.
