During a banner, that character on the banner has an increased chance of being pulled. When you know what banners are on the way, you can plan and be strategic with your rolls. And, if necessary, start saving up.
If you’re out of rolls, you can always reroll. Or, perhaps you can get lucky and see if any of the Dragon Raja Rerise Codes reward you with summons.
