If you haven’t played Game Dev Story, then we’ve got some awesome news for you. A new, slightly tweaked version of the game has just gone live on Apple Arcade, so there’s never been a better time to pick up Kairosoft’s classic.
The game is a management sim that sees you taking control of a game development company. You need to make games, hire staff, keep your workforce happy and loads more. It’s the game that made Kairosoft’s name, and it’s absolutely brilliant.
On top of the mechanics you’ll find some gorgeous pixel-art graphics that are an absolute treat for the eyes. Everything about Game Dev Story is pretty darn special. Here’s a trailer, because that’s what comes after the third paragraph.
Kairosoft has made some of the finest mobile games the world has ever seen, and hopefully this Apple Arcade release is going to open up the studio to an even bigger audience. We love Kairosoft games, and we want everyone in the world to love them too.
