If you’ve got your eyes on a certain character but you’re struggling to get your hands on them, you’ll need to know how the Haikyu Fly High Recruit system works. I’ll explain what this game feature is, how to do it, and what you need.

Haikyu Fly High Recruit Guide
Recruiting works similarly to rerolling. It’s a way for you to obtain your desired character, and it works best for SSR characters who may be harder to obtain. Rerolling may still be worth it, so make sure you check out my guide above that talks you through it.
How Does Recruiting Work?
Recruiting happens during a Wish Event. During this, you will see different SSR characters whom you can select and ‘wish’ for. You can choose multiple, but only one will appear on your wish list.
Whoever you wish for, their drop rate increases by 0.5%. The other characters that appeared in the pool will have their rate increased by 0.25%. If you change your mind, you can change your wishlist character at any point, and it will not affect the guarantee counter.
Once you obtain the character you wished for, the Guarantee Counter will reset to 0. If you summon a character that isn’t the one you wished for, the next SSR player recruited will be guaranteed to be a Wish Player.
Recruit Tickets
To recruit a character, you need to use Recruit Tickets. If you signed up for the pre-registration, you will obtain freebies, with one of them being Recruit Tickets! Other ways to get them are by redeeming any working codes or playing the game and winning.
