LifeAfter, the open-world survival game, dropped a new update today to celebrate the year 2024. It’s called ‘Hope Radio and the Golden Dragon’. 2024 is the year of the Dragon, so the title is honouring it with the Year of the Dragon Spring Festival update.
What’s Hope Radio and the Golden Dragon?
Apart from the fact that it’s the Year of the Dragon Spring Festival event, there’s an actual radio but no dragon. So, the Hope Radio is a portable gadget that does more than just play tunes. It gives you weather updates and news and even picks up on some mysterious radio signal.
The update also has a new mode called Roguelite. You and your crew have to defend the Golden Dragon Treasure from waves of infection. The more people mess with the treasure, the more zombies come out to play. So, you have to plan your defense and upgrade your weapons to survive the onslaught.
Another new game mode is the Dragon Party. Take a breather and join the celebrations of the Spring Festival. This mode has a mixture of old and new challenges.
