If you missed Square-Enix’s recent $1.99 sale on Lara Croft GO, here’s another chance to grab this phenomenal game at a knock-down price. Sure, the discount isn’t quite as steep this time (it’s down from $4.99 to $2.99), but the deal is made sweeter by the fact that Lara Croft GO just received a pretty huge content update.
The update is entitled “The Shard of Life” and it comes packing lots of new stuff, including 26 tricky puzzles set in an all-new location called the Cave of Fire, dangerous new enemy types, more relics to seek out, plus a couple of snazzy new unlockable outfits for Lara.
One person I know who will be over the moon with this update is my colleague Clovis L. Dye, Jr., who recently gave Lara Croft GO a glowing five-star review and called it: “a wonderfully produced experience that features tons of carefully crafted puzzles.”
