New Content and Improvements as Hit MMO Sacred Summons Gets a Global Release Date

If you’re a keen Asian MMORPG watcher, this is the news you’ve been waiting for. Sacred Summons, the vastly popular Eastern RPG from Appguru Technology, is getting a global release on April 18th.

That means it may well be out as you read these words, as long as you live in North America, Europe, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, or any of the other affected regions.

You’ll also be aware that Sacred Summons has been downloaded more than 10 million times in the East, while the recent Open Beta had more than 250,000 participants.

Those eager players generated a ton of data and feedback, with the result that the global version of Sacred Summons is launching with several improvements, and updates.

The class skills, pets, and summons have all been tweaked to make them more balanced, while improvements have been made to the user interface, PC emulation, and a host of gameplay features such as daily rewards, event rewards, loot drop rates, and summon rates.

There’s even some new content, in the form of additional story quests, cosmetic items like wings and mounts, a new class, and extra servers.

On the off-chance that you’re not already familiar with Sacred Summons, all you need to know is that it’s a graphically impressive and technically ambitious take on the gacha RPG genre with an epic storyline and major high fantasy vibes.

You play as the Summoner, and your mission is to save the mortal realm by keeping the forces of Chaos at bay.

As you might expect, this involves taking part in lots of combat. There are over 50 World Bosses to defeat, other players to crush in PvP, story quests to complete, and a whole host of casual modes designed to let you amass loot and XP.

Plus, you can summon and upgrade more than 40 Guardian characters to beef up your fighting capability.

There are six different classes to choose from, meanwhile, allowing you to prioritize melee combat, ranged attacks, or a variety of other approaches. And your character is customizable to a staggering degree, giving Sacred Summons that all important personal touch.

To see it in action, head to the Google Play Store or the App Store to download the game for free on April 18th.
