One Piece Treasure Cruise Captain Tier List

Don’t forget our tier lists are subjective. We try to build our tiers to be as unbiased as possible. We use personal experience, player feedback and external sources to help craft them. That said though, you still may not agree with our suggestions and that is OK! We hope that our tier list was helpful a little bit though.

S-Tier

With these units at the forefront, you’re sure to have an OP team! My personal favourite is Zoro, just don’t let him wander off….

  • Monkey D. Luffy – Beating Drum of Liberation
  • Monkey D. Luffy – Mystical Figure in White
  • Roronoa Zoro – King of Hell Strike

A-Tier

A is for Ace, and for the other captains that we think are great contenders.

  • Luffy and Yamato – Declaring War on the Demon
  • Kaido – Blazing Rising Dragon
  • Kaido VS Yamato – Clashing Father and Son
  • Law & Kid – Overthrowing an Emperor
  • Red-Haired Shanks – Red-Hair Stopping the Menace
  • Yamato & Ace – Two Who Get Along So Well

B-Tier

These captains are our average. They’re great if you’re early game and without access to any in the better tier, but don’t settle for less!

  • Uta – Determined to Fight the Backlight
  • Alber – Reigning Fire Dragon
  • Kaido VS Yamato – Standoff of Mystical Beasts
  • Uta – The Song for the End
  • Monkey D. Luffy – Inherited Straw Hat
  • Yamato – Son of Kaido
  • Vinsmoke Reiju – Poisonous Fangs Protecting Her Brother
  • Whitebeard VS Blackbeard – Clash of Tremor and Darkness
  • Sanji – Ifrit Imbued Strikes
  • Sabo – Flame to Protect His Little Brother
  • Monkey D. Luffy – Ending The World

C-Tier

Onto the weaker tiers, these again work better early game but aren’t great units to keep long term.

  • Nami & Robin – Elegant Flowers Blooming on the Battlefield
  • Robin & Koala – Flowing Hands
  • Olin the Oiran – A Lesson for the New Generation
  • Whitebeard VS Blackbeard – Fateful Meeting
  • Queen – The Peak of Silence
  • Jack the Drought – Settling a Score
  • Edward Newgate – Fierce Battle of the Great Pirate
  • Nico Robin – Demonio Protecting Her Friends
  • Nami – Thunderous Right Hand
  • Kin’emon & Denjiro & Ashura Doji & Dogstorm – Inherited Oden Two-Sword Style
  • Uta – Demon King of the Uta World
  • Uta – The Song of Peace

D-Tier

D as in, DO NOT let these units be the captain. Sorry.

  • Gol D. Roger – Clash of the Formidable Forces
  • Yamato
  • Luffy & Straw Hat Pirates – Start of a Full-Scale War
