Let’s get into the rankings!

S-Tier

The best of the best! These Implants are OP and overall considered the absolute best that the game has to offer.

  • Shadow Implant
  • Heart Pump Implant
  • Mr. President Implant

A-Tier

Great alternatives if you don’t have access to those from my S-Tier rankings. You could comfortably use these Implants for a large portion of your playthrough, but they’re not the absolute best.

  • Razor-blade Collar Implant
  • Loss of Senses Implant
  • Pulse Implant
  • Sonic Boom Implant
  • Meat Implant
  • Undying Rage Implant
  • Finality Implant

B-Tier

These Implants are entirely average. They’re good, but not too good, nor are they awful. They’re average!

  • Bomb Implant
  • Foot Blade Implant
  • Rifle Implant
  • Titanium Teeth Implant
  • Sandevistan Implant
  • S.P.E.E.D Injector Implant
  • T.U.F.F Injector Implant
  • Enhanced Bloodvessels Implant
  • Artificial Heart Implant
  • Unchained Mind Implant
  • Hardened Fist Implant
  • Hardened Skin Implant
  • Poison Hands Implant

C-Tier

Not the absolute worst option, but nothing special. These Implants may offer some niche uses, but I’d overall not settle for them and aim for something more valuable.

  • Spring-Loaded Fist Implant
  • Mechanical Joints Implant
  • Titanium Bones Implant
  • Peacemaker Implant
  • Nanomachines Implant
  • Titanium Knuckles Implant
  • Artificial Lungs Implant
  • Compressed Joints Implant

D-Tier

I would not recommend these implants at all. They’re more of a hindrance than a buffer, trust me.

  • There are currently no D-Tier Implants! This is a good thing as all your options are better than the absolute worst.
