RE XL Race Tier List (July 2024)
First, let’s get into what each of the rankings means!
- S-Tier: The best of the best races! These guys look cool and offer the best buffers to players in their lineage.
- A-Tier: Great alternatives if you get stuck with one of these races. You could comfortably enjoy their buffs without risking a reroll.
- B-Tier: Average races. It’s risky to risk a reroll so maybe give their niche buffs a try before making up your mind.
- C-Tier: Onto the weaker tiers, I’d recommend a reroll as these races can’t get much worse. They offer very little and are overall very lacklustre.
- D-Tier: The worst races! I’d recommend rerolling as soon as possible as you can only go up from here.

- Human – The default with 0 buffers
How We Decide Our Rankings
We decide our rankings through personal experience, research and player consensus in hopes to have a well-balanced tier which most would agree with. Of course, you may still disagree with the rankings which is okay! To stay up to date with the best race as ranks shift from game updates be sure to bookmark this page and check back often.
