Kingdom Two Crowns
Set in medieval lands filled with mythical creatures, monuments, and relics. Build your perfect kingdom by recruiting villagers and farming for resources. When you dare, venture into the world beyond the borders and traverse through forests and ancient ruins to discover treasures.
During the night, look out for monsters. Gather troops to defend your kingdom and your people. As you gain power, you can afford to deploy archers, knights, and new, powerful weapons. Send your soldiers to conquer new islands and kingdoms to gain more power.
Bleak Sword
Lift the curse of the Bleak Sword by striking and defeating enemies in castles, forests, swamps, and dungeons. This dark fantasy action lets you invoke magic, level up, discover items, and face menacing guardians. It’s easy to play on your device with simple controls, letting you play anytime, anywhere.
FANTASIAN
By the creator of Final Fantasy comes Fantasian! This is an RPG made from around 160 handmade dioramas, creating the environments and characters you see, which is very cool! In this title, explore these dioramas where you defeat enemies, explore this vast world, and become stronger.
If that wasn’t a selling point already, the soundtrack is completely original and made by Nobuo Uematsu, who also worked on the music in Final Fantasy.
Japanese Rural Life
If you enjoy cosy farming games and haven’t played Japanese Rural Life Adventure, you’re missing out! In this game, you fix up an old house and work on the farm. Although a classic plot, Japanese Rural Life Adventure has a completely different feel from similar games in the genre. Raise fish, explore mountains and observe Japanese customs during the year.
Stardew Valley
After including Japanese Rural Life Adventure, it’s only fair to include Stardew Valley. This is one of my all-time favourite games, and many people don’t know it’s available on Apple Arcade! If you aren’t familiar with this game, you move to the countryside and take over your grandad’s old farm.
Meet (and romance) the locals, work on your farm and tend crops, raise animals, fish, mine, and decorate! In the mobile version, you have specific features that aren’t available on PC or other devices, such as auto-save and multiple control options. This is a must-play, even if cosy games aren’t your go-to.
Trials of Mana
After the world was plunged into darkness, the Goddess of Mana drew forth the Sword of Mana to restore order. But after falling asleep for years, evil forces have returned, and peace was destroyed. Begin your adventure by selecting three out of the six available characters, with each one having a different destiny and story.
Power up your characters to make them stronger. Once strong enough, enter battle and fight enemies. This title is perfect for fantasy adventure fans, and when you finish the game, there are new storylines you can unlock.
The Last Campfire
If you’re a fan of cosy puzzle games, I highly recommend The Last Campfire. Even if you’re not the biggest fan of puzzles, you should still check it out! Aside from the beautiful artwork and designs, in The Last Campfire, you’re trapped in a puzzling place, and you need to search for meaning and a way to get home. Travel into vast lands, meet strange creatures, and explore mysterious ruins.

Another puzzle game! But this time, it takes inspiration from classic jigsaw puzzles and combines nostalgia with new twists. Unlock different sticker packs that have different difficulty levels, sizes, and themes to build your collection. Complete tasks, daily challenges, earn points, and climb the leaderboard ranks.
Lost in Play
I see a theme going on… and it’s another puzzle game. I’m sorry, but bear with me! Team up with a brother and sister to help them find their way home by solving puzzles, escaping beasts, and meeting goblins. There are tons of unique puzzles and mini-games for you to complete, as well as a variety of challenges. Serve tea to a royal toad, or collect parts to build a flying machine. It takes inspiration from nostalgic TV shows to bring a familiar feel with a unique twist to life.
Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom
Join Mametchi as he travels to make friends, solve problems, and restore the Kingdom! It features the beloved characters we all know from the franchise. Build and decorate your camp and invite companions to have fun.
There are hundreds of quests for you to complete, and once you do, it will unlock new areas for you to explore. Walk, swim, or dive to get around! As you explore, you’re likely to make friends, and there are over 300 characters for you to meet, each with their own unique personality.
Football Manager 26
Football Manager 26 is more than just a simple football game. With effortless and smooth gameplay and a variety of matches to play in, it’s something for everyone… even if you aren’t a hardcore football fan!
Explore global football with the debut of Women’s Football matches as well as the Premier League. Create your dream team to take on the pitch to help you secure victory. Dribble, pass, and experience detailed animations as you score.
Grindstone
Everyone loves puzzles, right? Still, we’re aware that puzzle games can become repetitive, but that’s where Grindstone comes in. This sword-slashing puzzle takes features from puzzle games we all know and love, but gives them a twist.
Use your blades to slice through creeps and monsters dwelling deep inside Grindstone’s dungeons. Battle bosses, discover blueprints for gear, and loot materials to help you in your adventure.
Bloons TD 6+
Our first tower defence mention! There are 25 Monkey Towers available, which can be upgraded 3 times to unlock unique abilities. Play through boss events, earn trophies for cosmetic items, unlock skins and abilities for 16 heroes, and earn upgrades for your towers.
There are regular updates, with tons of content to play through. Battle, customise, and create the strongest towers available.
Skate City: New York
The latest edition of the Skate City series, navigate New York City without the cost of getting there (unless you’re reading this from New York). Grab a skateboard and move through subway tunnels, master tricks, dodge pedestrians, jump over taxis, and beat your high score.
WHAT THE CLASH?
The perfect comedic party game to play with friends or family. Play solo or challenge friends as you work your way through different mini games. Such as table tennis, racing, tag, archery, as well as some weirder ones. Play milk the fish, sticky tennis, toasty archery, and more!
Sneaky Sasquatch
Sneaky Sasquatch won Apple Arcade Game of the Year, which is a huge achievement! It’s no surprise, as it has something for everyone. Live the life of a Sasquatch and go on a variety of adventures. Go fishing, play golf, upgrade cars and race them, dig for treasure, eat food, adopt pets, explore areas, forage for items… the list is endless!
Temple Run: Legends
Okay, I know I wrote about Temple Run a while ago, but for good reason! Temple Run: Legends is another game in the franchise, but this time, there are a variety of new landscapes. Swim through rivers, dodge traps, and bounce off crocodiles. Uncover secrets and play over 500 levels. You’ll also come across 10 explorers who have special powers to help you.
Snake.io
Another classic game to add to the list. Start as a small snake and get bigger by eating other snakes. Attack and get boosts to beat your opponents and come out as the best. There are also regular events, such as the collaboration with SpongeBob and Among Us!
Slay the Spire
Awarded the best strategy game of 2019, Slay the Spire is a must-play on Apple Arcade. If you like fantasy card game-style RPGs, it’s the perfect option for you. Craft unique card decks, with each card giving you different possibilities and outcomes in gameplay.
Then, prepare to go up against bizarre (and dangerous) creatures until you finally come face-to-face with the Spire. Along the way, discover relics filled with power to give you a boost. Choose between 4 characters when you begin and defeat enemies using your cards.
Crossy Road Castle
I’m sure many are familiar with the original Crossy Road series, but in Crossy Road Castle, it’s a collaboration with SpongeBob. That’s right, SpongeBob and his friends have entered the Crossy universe!
Play solo or with friends as you try to climb as high as you can. Collect items, costumes, and friends along the way. Even better? You can play offline, and the game has regular updates that bring new content.
Vampire Survivors
Vampire Survivors is a gothic horror with rogue-lite elements. Your choices matter, so you need to be strategic and plan. With Hell empty and all the devils being there, you can’t hide. It’s up to you to survive for as long as you can.
Collect gold to help you upgrade and live longer. These upgrades can also help the next survivor. Collect items, use weapons, and find power-ups to help your journey.
Outlanders 2
Enter the Outlands, a world of challenges, mystery, and discoveries. Build your perfect town by using a variety of materials and resources you come across. While you’re building, you’ll meet a roster of captivating characters whom you can befriend and help.
If you need a break from the building, there are daily challenges you can complete. Test your high score and perhaps you’ll even end up on the leaderboard! Or, explore the distinct biomes and test your survival strategies as you set out to find resources.
Temple Run: Puzzle Adventure
You’re bound to be familiar with the Temple Run franchise. Solve puzzles and overcome the obstacles in your path as you make your way through the temple. You can discover special pieces and create different powerful combinations to make you become the Temple Champion. There are regular game updates with new stories and puzzles, so there’s always more content.
Taiko no Tatsujin Pop Tap Beat
For fun and fast fun, you need to play Taiko no Tatsujin Pop Tap Beat. It’s a traditional Japanese drumming rhythm game with four difficulty levels. There are various modes to compete in, and you can even go up against your friend online.
Once you begin to play, it’s simple. Tap the drum in time with the notes, and each song has different note charts. Fill the Soul Gauge to clear the song and clear it! Alongside rewards, you can also collect different costumes.
SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit
Enter the world of Bikini Bottom and help SpongeBob and friends stop Plankton from stealing the Krabby Patty formula. Collect coins, defeat obstacles, beat Plankton’s missions, and complete a variety of levels and quests. It features voice acting from the original show, as well as the familiar faces we all know.
Tomb of the Mask
For those who like the old-school retro arcade games, Tomb of the Mask has that nostalgic feeling but brings a unique twist. One day, you find a mask while exploring a tomb, and once you put it on, you become an invincible tomb seeker with new powers. Face enemies, find power-ups, and defeat obstacles as you explore this mysterious tomb.
Disney Dreamlight Valley
Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life-sim with quests, activities, and exploration that takes place in the world of both Disney and Pixar characters. Discover the secrets of Dreamlight Valley as you unlock realms of Disney and Pixar characters. Each realm has puzzles and quests to complete. Befriend your favourite characters, create outfits, cook, and more!
Hello Kitty Island Adventure
I’ll always be a Hello Kitty girl at heart (despite Keroppi being my favourite), and now I get to play it on Apple Arcade! Enter a cosy open-world adventure where you rebuild and restore an abandoned island. Make friends, cook delicious meals, and explore the mysteries this island holds.
Of course, all of your favorite characters will be there, and you can raise friendship levels with them so they become your best friends. Craft items, solve puzzles, decorate, and complete quests.
Sonic Dream Team
Gotta go fast to play! That’s right, an official Sonic the Hedgehog game is available on Apple Arcade. It features the characters we all know and love. Play through a variety of levels and maps where you can battle Dr Eggman and fight a variety of bosses to save your friends.
Cooking Mama: Cuisine!
Another classic game is the Cooking Mama franchise. As the name implies, the game focuses on cooking, but there’s more to it than that! Find recipes by choosing your ingredients and using cooking tools. Once you have a combination, you can begin making your dishes.
Different combinations will be added to your recipe book, which you can go back to at another time if you want to make it again. Tools and recipes change every day, so it never gets repetitive. You can also earn cooking points, which you can exchange for accessories, outfits, and tons more.
Angry Birds Bounce
We all know Angry Birds, right? It was one of my favourites growing up! Angry Birds Bounce features the classic characters we all know from the games, but brings new and unique challenges.
Angry Birds Bounce is all about strategy. Mix different birds to combine their skills into unique, powerful moves. Use these abilities in new challenges where you need to reach the highest score to win. Once you complete a level, you can select a power-up to help you further in gameplay.
Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD+
Evil has appeared, but with it comes an expected alliance. Gather the best warriors of Linirea and team up with the Dark Army to stop evil from taking over. Not only can you enter battle with powerful heroes, but you can also collect dragons to aid you in battle.
Create the perfect strategy by using Towers, with each having different skills, and use the Epic Heroes to reach victory. There are currently three game modes available, over 40 enemies to defeat, and 22 campaign stages. Each is packed with different challenges and terrains.
UNO: Arcade Edition™
If you love the iconic UNO card game, you can now play it digitally. UNO: Arcade Edition comes with a variety of different game modes. Not only this, but you can play with friends with customized rules, or play offline against the computer.
Whether you want to play alone or practice your skills, or have some friendly competition, UNO: Arcade Edition takes the game we all know and love but offers unique gameplay with different modes for every type of player.
Suika Game+
Suika Game+ is a cute and casual puzzle game where you combine matching fruits, which then evolve into bigger ones. The aim of the game is to create the largest fruit to beat your high score, and the game ends when your fruit begins to overflow in the box. Although simple at its core, it’s cosy, easy to understand, and rather wholesome!
