Titan Regiment Beginners Guide
As a beginner, the first thing you’ll want to do is collect rewards. Redeem any available codes, check your mailbox, and visit the limited-time events. There are also daily rewards you get from simply logging on, as well as idle rewards. All of these ways reward you with in-game currency and other helpful items for the different game modes.
Obtaining Characters
After the tutorial, the game will show you how to summon characters from the banner. Personally, I use the Adv Banner, as that gives a higher chance of obtaining SSR units. When summoning, you can either use Gems or Recruitment Documents. I have a Titan Regiment Reroll Guide that goes into more detail on how summoning works.
As you build your team, you do have the option of quick equipping, which automatically uses the strongest units you have available. The first few chapters of story mode are easy, so you’ll be able to complete them with lower-rarity characters.
Character Upgrades
However, low-rarity units only get you so far, which is why you need to upgrade them… especially if you don’t have any SSR units. To do this, select a character and go to their stats. At the bottom, you have the option to upgrade their stats. Or, if you have enough currency, you can jump to the highest level with the currency you have.
To upgrade them, you need Operation Tutorials and Gold. Both are easy to obtain, as they are Idle Rewards, Rewards from story mode and Tactic Battles, playing in the Underground City, or from Daily Tasks.
Equipment
Alongside upgrading, it’s important that you equip weapons and armor for your units. Select a character and click on ‘Equip’. You can quick equip to automatically get the best gear suited to them. As you ascend characters, you can equip badge skills for additional boosts, too.
If you head to the Industrial City, and then select Armory, you will be able to combine pieces of gear to make them stronger.
Frequently Asked Questions
Upgrade your units as much as you can, and Ascend them if possible.
Have as many SSR and SSR+ units as possible. Make sure you have a mix of unit types too, such as attackers, healers, and support units. You need a balanced team, so check out each character’s skills and see if they work well together.
There are different game modes you can play on the main menu that can help you level up or earn rewards. My Titan Regiment Game Modes guide goes through each and explains what they are.
