How to Obtain Titan Regiment Levi

At the moment, you can get Levi through an event. However, this ends on the 15th of January, 2025. The event is called Captain Order, and when you open Titan Regiment and head to the main menu, there will be an option called ‘New Recruits Assemble’.

When you click on this, select the ‘Go Recruit’ button at the bottom. Here, you can summon Levi using Gems. There is a type of pity system, as you are guaranteed to get him after a certain number of Summons.

Levi’s Skills

Levi is all about attacking, and his skills are extremely powerful.

• Blade Wind Whirl
  • Level 1: Deals 298% DMG to the target with the lowest HP and an additional 30% true DMG. For each type of shield obtained, the DMG increases by 10% up to 50%.
  • Level 2: DMG to the lowest target increases to 25% and an additional 40% true DMG. Depending on the number of shields, DMG dealt increases by 15% up to 70%. There is also a 60% chance to gain Blood Blade and a 40% chance to inflict Intimidation.
  • Level 3: DMG to the lowest target is no 417% and an additional 50% true DMG. DMG based on shields increases to 20% and stacks to 100%. There is a 80% chance for Blood Blade and 55% for Intimidation. Also, there is now a 40% chance to trigger a basic attack, which deals 100% DEF.
• Ackerman Spiral
  • Level 1: Deals 110% DMG to all enemiesand adds a layer of Mission Order and Vengeance Spiral for 4 turns.
  • Level 2: DMG increases to 120% and now adds 2 layers of Mission Order. Vengeance Spiral is reduced by 40%, and DMG received increases by 20%.
  • Level 3: DMG increases to 140% and adds 3 layers of Mission Order. DMG recieved increases by 25%.
• Humanity’s Strongest Soldier
  • Level 1: ATK increases by 25%, HP increases by 20%, DMG increases by 10%, and heal 45% HP after a fatal blow.
  • Level 2: ATK increases by 40%, HP increases by 25%, DMG increases by 15%, and heal 65% HP after a fatal blow.
  • Level 3: ATK increases by 50%, HP increases by 30%, DMG increases by 20%, and heal 80% HP after a fatal blow.
• No Regrets Choice
  • Level 1: Basic Attacks deal 10% of Self ATK, and 60% chance to add a layer of Blood Blade.
  • Level 2: Basic Attacks deal 15% of self ATK, and Blood Blade chance increases to 70%.
  • Level 3: Basic Attacks deal 20% of self ATK, and Blood Blade chance increases to 80%.
