Hotta Studio is teaming up with the legendary anime Neon Genesis Evangelion for their ARPG Tower of Fantasy. The crossover is set to hit the game in the first half of 2024, introducing iconic Evangelion characters. Want to know more about this Tower of Fantasy x Evangelion crossover? Keep reading!
In The Neon Genesis
EVA pilots Asuka Langley Soryu, Rei Ayanami, and Shinji Ikari are making an entry into the Vera Sector as limited-time playable characters. Rei Ayanami is the First Child, Asuka Langley Sohryu is the Second Child and Shinji Ikari is the Third Child of Evangelion Unit-01.
The best part of the Tower of Fantasy x Evangelion crossover is that you can snag permanent copies of Asuka and Rei for keeps! Another epic addition is the iconic mechas EVA-00, EVA-01 and EVA-02. TOF x Evangelion is recreating them on a 1:1 scale, so you’ll really feel the power of these giant robots.
Tower of Fantasy is also bringing Neon Genesis Evangelion’s visual designs and classic scenes. You’ll find an Evangelion-inspired vehicle to explore the Tower of Fantasy world. Plus, Pen Pen, the Penguin, is joining you as a helpful sidekick.
Will You Play TOF x Evangelion?
Apart from the crossover, a major update, Tower of Fantasy Version 3.6 will drop on January 30th. Titled ‘Beyond Horizons’, it’s got a new map and a whole bunch of cool additions. Read our scoop on TOF Version 3.6 to know more about what’s in store!
