Type Soul is back, which means rankings have changed for the best Element. This updated Type Soul Element Tier List ranks each Element from the meta all the way to the mid. Make sure you bookmark this page and check back in case the rankings change, which can happen if a new update drops.

Type Soul Element Tier List
Let’s get into it!
- S-Tier: Snow, Kyoka Suigetsu, Duality, Benihime
- A-Tier: Assimilation, Suzumebachi, Flower, Blood, Ink, Confusion, Judgement
- B-Tier: Theatre, Ice, Ash, Shinso, Zangetsu, Fire, Water, Berserk
- C-Tier: Poison, Wind, Lightning, Shadow
- D-Tier: Weight, Creation
What Do Our Tiers Mean?
We follow a standard layout of tier lists, which means we rank from best to worst. If you’re happy with what means what, keep the rankings in mind and start playing. However, if you want more information on what everything means, I’ll talk you through it below.
S- These Elements are the meta. Although rarer, so harder to obtain, the grind is worth it. You’ll truly be in your element with these… ha.
A- Slightly below the S-tier, but still great nonetheless. Think of these as a backup option if you’re struggling to get your hands on those above.
B- Ranked at a humble average are the B-tier Elements. These are great if you’re a beginner and in the early stages of gameplay. Use these for a while, then get ones ranked higher to help you progress.
C- Elements in this tier are niche and slightly underpowered. I suggest using these if you have no other choice.
D- At the bottom are the D-tier. These aren’t worth it… There is a lot better out there.
