What Do Our Tiers Mean?
S- Perfect skills! S-tier skills are the meta and are must-haves for your Uma.
A- The runner-up. By no means as meta as the S-tier, but they’re still great to have.
B- Skills in this tier niche. They only give a boost in certain conditions, such as specific types of races.
C- Slightly weak. You can do a lot better than these, so only use them if you have no other choice.
D- These skills aren’t great to have. It’s best to avoid them.
