About the Game

Urban Legend Hunters 2: Double is a point-and-click adventure game. It is based on Taiwanese urban legends and has a rich narrative. The game has received several awards since its first release. The original series inspired critically acclaimed spinoffs and even films. This time, Toii Games is collaborating with Playism to localize the game and release it to a wider audience.

Introduction to Urban Legend Hunters 2: Double

The sequel draws inspiration from the Taiwanese urban legend called “double.” It suggests that encountering someone identical to you results in one replacing the other entirely. The double inherits all of the other’s memories and continues life without anyone noticing the change.

The story is set a few years after its prequel, Urban Legend Hunters, and revolves around the disappearance of a popular show host, Chris. After his sudden disappearance sparks an internet debate, you join the gameplay as an unaware outsider and meet Shou, Rain, and Tangtang.

A Thrilling Adventure Awaits

The immersive gaming experience captures you in a world that blends reality with fantasy. Enjoy a rich storyline while solving a wide range of puzzles. Explore a unique environment where creative mechanics make you feel like you are really present in the alternate dimensions. This instalment builds on the series tradition of Urban Legend Hunters, and further explores the phenomenon of “modern culture-bound syndrome.”
