As you’re exploring each island, you may come across something shiny sooner or later. That would be one of the Verse Piece Wisps! This guide explains what each Wisp does, how often they spawn, and the abilities you gain once you interact with one.

Verse Piece Wisps Guide
When you find and interact with a Wisp, you will obtain a passive ability that gives you unique buffs to help in your gameplay. They are easy to recognise, as they are shiny and bright. Simply walk over to one and interact with it to obtain it.
Where To Find Wisps
There is a 10% chance for a Wisp to find every minute on the following islands:
- Starter Island
- Desert Isle
- Shells Town
- Karakura Town
- Middle Town
- Blacksmith Isle
- Arcade Isle
Sadly, there is no specific place they spawn. Many players report there being an increased chance to find Wisps near trees, near buildings, on top of houses, and in the corners of islands. All you can do is keep your eyes peeled and hope you come across one! However, make sure you check out those places first, as that is where they tend to appear more frequently.
All Wisps
When you find a Wisp, you will gain one of the following three. Keep in mind that you will get one at random:
- Wisp
- Heals you periodically when you reach below your maximum health.
- Common Wisp.
- Eternal Wisp
- Freeze enemies, which damages them when they are below their maximum health.
- Uncommon Wisp.
- Lucky Wisp
- Increases your luck by 5% and reduces fishing time.
- Rare Wisp.
